In the pages of this dictionary one can find an objective presentation of the personalities that created our history, with a more or less significant contribution; nevertheless, on top of them all one can find the great personality with a overwhelming contribution – the Romanian people, and the names presented in this work are its legitimate sons, heroes and models that, unfortunately, we have begun to forget; however, the goal of this dictionary, which should be present in every Romanian’s library, is to keep them in our memory and conscience forever.
